It’s the spatial art of environmental design and also refers to the process by which the interiors of buildings are designed to address all aspects of the human use of their structural spaces. This includes certifying your project in LEED, PassiveHaus and WELLstandard.

Project management for commercial design projects is creating clear and concise project goals. Working to manage your risks and establish a performance baseline. Clearly defining and maintaining healthy communication and defining team responsibilities within the established project
Branding + Marketing
Branding is a long-term plan to achieve a series of long-term goals that ultimately result in the identification and preference of your brand by consumers. A successful branding strategy encompasses the brand's mission, its promises to its customers, and how these are communicated.
Marketing is the process of exposing target customers to a product through appropriate tactics and channels, gauging their reaction and feedback, and ultimately facilitating their path to purchase.
Sourcing + Procurement
Sourcing is smart investment in your space, and sets the tone of your brand, and it can be used to evoke specific feelings in your audience. We believe strongly that your brand identity is integrated into your built environment and should be designed to communicate your company's overall message and when done well promotes your businesses vison.
Drafting + Planning
Planning: For a remodel or facelift a trained designer will sketch, photograph and measure to establish a working plan. If a new build we will hand sketch, collect information on equipment, furniture, workflow and wayfinding and space needs to develop a plan for all size projects.
Drafting: We use computer software, manual drafting and sketches to convert the designs, plans, and layouts into a set of 2D and 3D technical drawing for all size projects.
Business Support
Business support services are services provided by an additional businesses outside of yours which aim to help your business grow without you having to employ additional staff.
We facilitate those relationships so that you have all the tools you need to grow your business from concept to opening day and all under one roof.
